Built 1930, perhaps the most remarkable in size and quantity tile in Martinez. Nice example of adaptive reuse from old Jr. High (pictured). William Weeks is architect & may have been architect for the former Mt. View school. He was the architect for Campbell H.S. pictured below.


The Masons have existed within 2 blocks of this building since 1850's. This is a particularly wonderful Art Deco building inside and out with a magnificent spiral staircase. Please read text-filled image below for Rigney Tile History.
